Marketing CoordinatorLocation: New York, NY (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Contract (Potential Temp-to-Perm) Pay Rate: $30/hr. – $32/hr.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Operational SupportSupport the VP of Operations with presentations, communications, and day-to-day coordination activities.Assist in preparing professional communication materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Provide administrative-style support with a strong focus on presentation development and communication management.Presentation & Communication ManagementCreate, edit, and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations and marketing communication materials.Coordinate large-scale communications and ensure messaging is clear, professional, and aligned with business objectives.Utilize Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools to support team communication and workflow management.Coordination & OrganizationManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and communication initiatives.Maintain accuracy, organization, and professionalism while handling sensitive and time-sensitive information.Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.2–3 years of experience in a corporate environment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Core CompetenciesPresentation development and communication managementOrganizational and multitasking abilitiesCorporate professionalism and stakeholder supportAttention to detail and time managementStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbout UsFounded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
