Position Adult or Child Psychiatrist — Southlake, TX Job Summary We are actively looking to hire talented Adult or Child Psychiatrists in our Southlake, TX area clinics, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence in outpatient care. Location 431 E State Hwy 114, Southlake, TX 76092 Benefits Flexible work schedules. Full‑time and part‑time available with no call or weekends. 100% outpatient work. Generous ‘above market’ compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings. Sign‑on bonus. Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life, 401k (with match), parental leave, EAP and more. Compensation range $322,000 to $430,000+ based on productivity. Annual Cash Bonus Incentive Plan. Qualifications Hold an active TX Medical License and unencumbered DEA. Experienced in both medication management and therapy. Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible. Open to a hybrid model; all roles must include in‑office time on a weekly basis.
