Lifecycle Marketing Manager

An established, fashion-forward consumer brand is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to strengthen customer acquisition, retention, personalization, and loyalty. The position will have direct ownership of Email and SMS campaigns, automated journeys, audience segmentation, and performance optimization across an omnichannel customer experience. This is a five-day onsite role in Manhattan. New York, NY | $90,000–$105,000 Base +Bonus + Benefits What You’ll Be Doing Design and execute lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, and MMS. Create welcome, conversion, post-purchase, retention, and win-back journeys. Build targeted customer segments using behavioral and transactional data. Manage campaign execution within Klaviyo and Attentive. Collaborate with Creative and Performance Marketing on content, testing, and campaign priorities. Analyze customer engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime-value performance. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of lifecycle, CRM, retention, or Email/SMS marketing experience. Experience working directly for an eyewear or highly relevant luxury DTC competitor. Hands-on Klaviyo and marketing-automation expertise. Strong customer segmentation and personalization capabilities. Experience supporting both e-commerce and physical retail customers. Ability to work onsite five days per week in New York City. Preferred Qualifications Attentive, Triple Whale, and GA4 exposure. Loyalty-program or subscriber-growth experience. Experience briefing internal creative teams.
