MRI Technologist Maryland

Perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures within a breast imagingfocused environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, technical proficiency, and the ability to maintain patient comfort and safety throughout all imaging procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures following established protocols and safety standards.
• Position patients and operate MRI equipment to produce high quality diagnostic images.
• Apply independent judgment and clinical knowledge to support accurate imaging outcomes.
• Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and clinical staff to support patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and departmental requirements.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
• ARRT (MR) preferred; MRI certification must be obtained within required timeframe if not already held.
• State license required (or willing to obtain).
• Current BLS certification required.
• Prior MRI experience preferred; breast imaging experience is a plus.
