Part Time Shipping and Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description Job Description Minium Qualifications: 1. Possession of a High School Degree or GED equivalent. Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred. 2. Two years of professional experience in shipping. 3. Proficiency in MS Office and other technological platforms Expectations of all Employees: 1. In agreement with Company Mission Statement and policies 2. Maintains an attitude of excellence within professional business standards 3. Is flexible and willing to work with staff and customers effectively and efficiently Job Specific Expectations: 1. Develop and cultivate customer relationships utilizing multiple medias 2. Technical skills to include MS Office; Ship Station knowledge a plus 3. Shipping logistics experience preferred 4. Ability to lift 40-pound boxes 5. Process on-line and manual orders a. Process orders through Ship Station (shipping software) b. Release orders via computer software c. Pack orders d. Stage shipments for carrier pickup e. Coordinate with carrier for all pickups f. Maintain an organized shipping area 6. Respond to customer requests for missing packages, returns and/or incorrect items received via email and/or phone calls with customers 7. Assist in coordinating in house Inventory count quarterly, including year end 8. Complete weekly order reports based on current customer orders 9. As needed order shipping supplies through FedEx and other Suppliers 10. Packing and shipping conference booth; maintain inventory of each booth 11. Other duties as assigned
