JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assembly Positions Multiple Openings Available Now Hiring: All Skill Levels Entry-Level, Electronic, and Large Parts Assembly We are currently hiring for multiple Assembly positions across our facility. About the Roles Our assembly openings span a wide range of work, from small, detailed components to large, heavy assemblies. Current openings may include: Entry-Level / Small Parts Assembly hands-on assembly of small components and sub-assemblies using hand tools and fixtures. Electronic Assembly assembling circuit boards, wiring harnesses, and electrical components, including soldering and reading schematics. Prior electronics experience is a plus. Large Parts / Heavy Assembly assembling large products and structural components using hand and power tools, with lifting and team-based handling of heavier parts. Exact assignments vary by opening. Prior experience in any of these areas is preferred. What You Will Do Assemble products, components, and sub-assemblies according to work instructions, diagrams, and standard procedures Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and fixtures appropriate to your assigned area Perform in-process quality checks and inspect your own work for accuracy and defects Follow work orders, pick parts, and stage materials for assembly Perform light soldering, wiring, or mechanical assembly depending on the role (trainable) Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe, following all safety procedures Complete production paperwork and accurately record output Work closely with team leads, quality, and other assemblers to meet daily production goals What We Are Looking For Entry-level roles: no experience required just reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn Electronic assembly: soldering experience, ability to read schematics, or electronics background preferred (trainable for the right candidate) Large parts assembly: comfort using hand and power tools and lifting up to 50 lbs (or team-lifting heavier items) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Good hand-eye coordination and ability to do repetitive work accurately Reliability: consistent attendance and punctuality are essential Ability to stand for extended periods and work at a steady pace Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the team Ability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime Shifts & Compensation Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings vary by position) Competitive hourly pay, based on position, skill level, and experience Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift where applicable Overtime opportunities available Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Paid training and opportunities for advancement Referral bonuses How to Apply Submit your application through this job board and include a resume if you have one.
