POSITION SUMMARY
The Photography Intern captures high-quality photographs exclusively during Adventure Park
events, celebrations, and promotional activities. This position is ideal for someone who is
creative, dependable, comfortable interacting with guests, and interested in gaining hands-on
event photography and marketing experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Photograph scheduled Adventure Park events, including celebrations, seasonal
activities, community events, and corporate gatherings.
• Capture candid moments, guest interactions, attractions, décor, food, team members,
and other important event details.
• Follow event schedules, shot lists, brand standards, and direction from management.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Select, organize, lightly edit, and submit photographs by established deadlines.
• Follow all Adventure Park safety, privacy, and photography-release requirements.
• Protect event photographs and confidential guest information.
• Perform other event-photography duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Interest or experience in photography, visual media, marketing, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of lighting, composition, focus, and photo editing.
• Friendly, professional, dependable, and able to accept feedback.
• Comfortable working in a busy indoor and outdoor event environment.
• Available for scheduled evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A photography portfolio or work samples may be requested.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
The intern must provide and maintain their own camera, lenses, memory cards, batteries, and
other necessary photography equipment. All equipment must be charged, operational, and
ready at the beginning of each event assignment.
Adventure Park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the intern's personal equipment,
except as otherwise required by law.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND PRIVACY STANDARDS
Photographs taken during Adventure Park assignments may not be posted, shared, sold, or
used in a personal portfolio without prior written approval. All photographs must be submitted to
Adventure Park and handled according to park procedures.
Special care must be taken when photographing children and private events. The intern must
follow all photography-release instructions and respect any guest who does not wish to be
photographed.
