Position requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
• SLP-CCC and SLP-CF candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, families, and support teams
• Experience with diverse caseloads and IEP processes preferred
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment

What You'll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation of student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in school-based meetings, professional development, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Mentor and support peers, including Clinical Fellows, as needed
