Bilingual Growth & Community Engagement Spc, Hindi, Bengali & Urdu (Queens/Brooklyn NY)

Candidates for this position must reside in or near Queens, NY. Bilingual skills in Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, and/or Arabic are highly desired. We are looking for a dedicated Community Engagement Specialist who is passionate about serving the community and has established relationships within the area. This role involves managing events and building relationships with community partners to grow Molina’s membership and improve the health and well‑being of residents in Brooklyn and surrounding counties. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate enrollment events, collaborating with the sales team and across Molina to drive enrollment growth and improve Medicaid assignment rates. Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with community‑based organizations (CBOs), providers, and key stakeholders to build membership for Medicaid and related programs. Act as a subject‑matter expert on health‑care delivery, presenting at meetings, distributing educational materials, and informing community partners about Molina products. Assist with incoming calls, answer member questions, and guide potential members through the enrollment process. Track and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment, choice, and growth targets established by management. Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities, providing justification for Molina’s participation. Maintain an organized schedule, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and territory requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job‑related experience. Minimum 3 years of related experience (e.g., marketing, business development, community engagement, or healthcare industry). Strong networking, negotiation, public speaking, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Capability to attend outdoor public events in all weather conditions, sit and stand for long periods, drive up to 3 hours, and lift up to 30 pounds. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Health‑Care Markets, especially Medicaid, and healthcare marketing or enrollment. 5 years of outreach experience serving low‑income populations. 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in a health‑care or outreach setting. Experience presenting to influencers and low‑income audiences. Fluency in a second language is highly desirable. Active Life & Health Insurance, Market Place Certified (preferred).
