About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean to provide strategic leadership and vision for its graduate and undergraduate business schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the schools, fostering a culture of excellence in teaching and research, and ensuring the institutions' continued growth and success. The Dean will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to develop and implement innovative programs, enhance the schools' global reputation, and maintain strong relationships with alumni and the business community. Applicants for the Dean position at the company should have a distinguished academic background, with a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field. The role requires a proven track record in academic administration, a deep understanding of the business education landscape, and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse community.
