We're looking for a reliable, experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you have EPA certification , multifamily maintenance experience, and can start immediately, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• EPA Certification (Required)
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience
• Experience with HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
• Plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance
• Ability to complete work orders efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background screening (where applicable)

Preferred Skills:

• HVAC experience
• Make-ready/turn experience
• Preventative maintenance
• On-call availability is a plus
