Public Trust Maritime Cybersecurity Analyst

Providing expert cybersecurity support, the full-time Public Trust Maritime Cybersecurity Analyst will manage system authorization, continuous monitoring, and compliance activities for maritime information systems while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support the MARAD Information Assurance Program, including system authorization and compliance documentation Manage and update core documentation related to information systems, ensuring adherence to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Assist in security incident response, risk mitigation, and the development of Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in maritime/vessel cybersecurity Prior US Navy or Coastguard Maritime Cyber Security experience is highly desired Strong knowledge of NIST RMF, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), and federal cybersecurity policies Experience with Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) and Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint
