Responsibilities Team Leadership & Culture Lead, coach, train, and support front office and clinical team members Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture Conduct performance evaluations and support ongoing growth and development Create schedules and ensure proper daily coverage and workflow Lead team meetings and encourage collaboration and communication Office Operations Oversee day-to-day office operations and patient flow Optimize scheduling to improve efficiency and patient experience Implement and improve office systems, policies, and procedures Maintain accurate patient records and office communication Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment needs Financial & Administrative Management Oversee billing, insurance verification, collections, claims, and payment processing Support accounts receivable and reimbursement coordination Monitor office KPIs, production goals, budgeting, and financial performance Prepare reports and help drive operational efficiency and growth Patient Experience Support exceptional patient communication and customer service Resolve patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency Help create a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for Support patient retention through relationship-building and service excellence Compliance & Standards Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, OSHA, HIPAA, and office protocols Ensure a safe, organized, and professional office environment Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures Benefits Medical & Vision Insurance Dental Plan Retirement Plan Life Insurance PTO & Paid Holidays Supportive Team Environment Growth Opportunities Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and office protocols Support exceptional patient communication and service Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Help create a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for About Loveland Dental Loveland Dental is a growing, technology-driven dental organization serving communities throughout North and South Carolina.
