This includes presenting products, explaining features, demonstrating vehicles, and closing deals. The role also includes developing long term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Guide customers through a structured buying process using established sales steps and proceduresDevelop thorough product knowledge on vehicle features and technologiesDemonstrate vehicles in the showroom and on test drivesDeliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features, warranties, and paperworkMaintain follow up systems to encourage repeat and referral businessProspect new customers through calls, emails, and other outreach methodsMaintain professionalism and integrity at all timesClose deals while meeting or exceeding sales goalsQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred2–5 years of sales or customer service experience preferred, but not requiredAutomotive or ATV / UTV sales experience is a plusKnowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operationsStrong organizational, communication, and negotiation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software preferredValid driver’s license and clean driving recordWorking Conditions:Primarily indoors with some outdoor activityDaily walking, standing, and sitting requiredAbility to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as neededIf you’re ready to grow your career, work with a team that values integrity, and make an impact in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.Send your résumé and a brief statement of interest today.While this list is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current job, this is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.
