Flatbed CDL-A Driver Job Overview

Top pay built for serious flatbed pros. Earn up to $112,000 per year*, with competitive CPM base pay up to $0.75 based on experience and location*, plus scheduled yearly CPM raises that keep your earning power growing.
Bonuses that stack on every mile. Add up to $0.05/mi in monthly performance bonuses*, plus tarp pay, load securement pay, stop pay, detention, layover, and breakdown pay-because flatbed skill should pay more.
Big sign-on for experienced drivers. Qualified flatbed drivers can earn up to $5,000 sign-on bonus*, giving you a strong start from day one.
Home time that fits your lane. Get home weekly or bi-weekly depending on location, with consistent Midwest freight that keeps your miles strong and your schedule predictable.
Flatbed freight done right. Haul 100% no-touch freight with required tarping and securement-steady loads that reward drivers who take pride in doing the job the right way

All pay + bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay ranges from 52-75CPM. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
