Physician Responsibilities Provide care within your specialty scope Develop professional relationships within the medical community Coordinate payer credentialing as required Determine clinical services offered Manage clinical quality and patient experience Required Qualifications MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state Board Certified or Board Eligible in a relevant specialty Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates No limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions preventing independent practice Interest in independent practice model Preferred Qualifications Desire for practice ownership Community‑based care interest Leadership or program development interest Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, rural).
