Description DECATUR MANOR, Decatur, IL Now Hiring: REGISTERED NURSE (RN) OR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) – Openings: PART-TIME ON OVERNIGHTS (includes every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday nights) Casual/PRN every other weekend only on days (7a-3p) or 2nd shift (3-11p.) Decatur Manor is a 24 hour residential facility for the mentally ill and those with co-occurring substance abuse issues. Our residents are ambulatory and have lower acuity than patients in a nursing home. They do have mental illness and some have a co-diagnosis of substance abuse. Now Offering: LPNS $32 - 34 per hour depending on years of experience - PLUS $.75 per hour Shift Differential for 2nd and $1.50 per hour on 3rd RNS $35 per hour - No shift Differentials PRN Rate for all nurses $36/hr SIGN-ON BONUS FOR LPN FULL-TIME: up to $7500 paid out at $1.80 per regular hour worked until max of $7500 reached!
