As a Bartender, you’re a key part of creating that experience. You’ll welcome guests with a smile, mix flavorful drinks, and keep the bar lively and clean. Whether it’s a classic margarita or a creative twist on a cocktail, your attention to detail, speed, and friendly attitude help make Rusty Taco the neighborhood’s favorite hangout. Core Responsibilities Guest Service & Drink Preparation Take guest drink orders accurately and efficiently while offering recommendations based on preferences. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Rusty Taco’s recipes and standards. Check identification to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements. Deliver an upbeat and welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back. Bar Maintenance & Cleanliness Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar always. Prepare garnishes, refill mixers, and stock supplies during and between shifts. Perform opening and closing bar duties, including cleaning glassware, wiping down surfaces, and mopping floors. Cash Handling & Operations Process guest payments using the POS system, handling cash, credit, and gift cards accurately. Follow all company cash handling and loss prevention protocols. Support the team with restaurant tasks during non-peak bar hours.
