Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Qualifications You Must Have:Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or (STEM) field obtained prior to start.Experience with ANSI drawing standards.Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances).Experience with electronic packaging.Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projectsQualifications We Prefer:Proficiency with CREO or similar 3D solid modeling software.Exposure to RF principles, RF circuit card design, RF materials, manufacturing and producibility.Exposure to high-frequency environments, enclosure design, EMI shielding, cable design and thermal management.Exposure to manufacturing processes for CCAs, metal housings, and brazements, or experience in manufacturing and assembly support.What We Offer:Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
