The role involves working as an OR Tech in a dynamic surgical environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, with preference given to those who have previous travel experience. Variable shifts may be required, including weekends and holidays. Call is required during the week and on weekends, with specific hours outlined. Candidates must possess a background in Level 1 Trauma. Expertise in specific surgical procedures and use of various medical equipment is necessary. This position involves consistent service without breaks to maintain competency. Comprehensive knowledge of surgical protocols and practices is essential. Candidates must be able to adapt to varying surgical teams and procedures. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is a key aspect of this role. Professional references are required to validate experience and qualifications. Candidates must complete any required credentialing processes promptly.
