Commission is earned on a tiered percentage of net profit generated — the more you produce, the higher your rate climbs. Additional milestone bonuses unlock at performance thresholds. Saturday availability is optional and earns additional commission on top of your weekly production.

What You Will Do

You will work both sides of the market — recruiting veterinarians who want flexible locums/relief work, and developing relationships with vet practices and emergency clinics that need coverage. You will be supported by a dedicated sourcing team and a full CRM and communication stack.

• Outbound prospecting — 80 to 100+ calls daily to veterinarians and practice managers, plus targeted email and LinkedIn outreach

• Candidate recruitment — build a pipeline of credentialed vets looking for temporary assignments

• Client development — identify and develop new vet practice and emergency clinic relationships nationwide

• Placement management — guide candidates and clients from first contact through placement, ensuring a high-quality experience on both sides

• Market expertise — become a trusted advisor in your region, staying ahead of demand trends and specialty needs

• CRM discipline — keep Zoho CRM updated daily so your pipeline is visible and your follow-up is never missed

• Goal ownership — hit monthly and quarterly targets and push past them

• Experience: Sales experience preferred — healthcare, staffing, or recruiting backgrounds are a strong fit

• Industry: Prior veterinary or medical industry knowledge is a bonus but not required
