Per Diem Nurse Practitioner - NP - Saratoga Springs

RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunities for a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to support the Medical Director role of our OMH-licensed intensive support residence SunRISE Retreat and/or our OASAS-licensed rehabilitation program RISE Above. A successful candidate will enjoy inspiring their team and while ensuring the program residents are receiving excellent support during their time with us, as they work toward recovery from a mental health or substance use diagnosis. RISE offers a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner: A competitive rate of $90 to $120 per hours based on experience An opportunity utilize your skills to support the operational requirements Overview of Job Responsibilities: Supporting the oversite ll medical/clinical services provided by the program(s) as needed Reviewing and prescribing medications Evaluating and supporting resident interventions Nurse Practitioner certified through the NYS Department of Education, psychiatric specialty preferred 5+ years of experience with individuals living with serious mental illness or a substance use diagnosis An ability to remain calm under pressure while directing and inspiring team members Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Our shared belief system in areas such as compassion, respect, positivity, and inclusion Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy To join our team as a leader in one of our exciting new programs at our growing non-profit, submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
