Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Production Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Production Associate plays a critical role in our production process, working with the team to ensure efficient production, packaging, and quality control of products. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and values quality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Line Operation: Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production equipment to ensure efficient production flow.
• Assembly and Packaging: Assemble, package, and label products according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Quality Control: Inspect products and packaging to ensure all meet quality specifications, and promptly report any issues.
• Inventory Management: Track and report inventory levels, materials used, and finished products to ensure accurate stock records.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on equipment and promptly report maintenance needs to avoid production delays.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse or production environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [weight requirement, e.g., 50 lbs], stand, bend, and move for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of production equipment; knowledge of inventory software or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Team Player: Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Work Environment:

The Warehouse Production Associate will work in a production warehouse environment that requires physical activity, attention to safety, and adherence to quality standards. Work conditions may vary in temperature and may involve the use of machinery and other equipment.
