Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements: Entry-level position, manufacturing experience a plus Strong attention to detail and quality standards Reliable attendance and transportation required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and sense of urgency Job Duties: Monitor the Nano production line for bottle jams and product defects Identify and communicate production or quality issues immediately Assist with label changes and production line support Clear minor line interruptions and escalate larger issues to supervisors or machine operators Follow all safety and quality procedures Maintain production flow and support overall operations Physical Capabilities: Lift up to 32 pounds regularly Stand and walk for the majority of a 12-hour shift Bend, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Work in a hot manufacturing environment for the duration of the shift Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
