About Shark Team

Shark Team is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for someone who is comfortable working with data, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily administrative operations.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining information across internal databases and systems. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, detail-focused, and able to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines and productivity expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain information in internal databases and systems
\n
• Review records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
\n
• Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records
\n
• Conduct routine data verification and quality-control checks
\n
• Update spreadsheets and assist with basic reports
\n
• Follow established data-entry procedures and productivity standards
\n
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of company and client information
\n
• Provide general administrative support when required
\n

Qualifications

\n
• High school diploma or equivalent
\n
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
\n
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
\n

Required Skills

• Fast and accurate typing
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
\n
• Reliable internet connection
\n
• Suitable home-office or remote work environment
\n

Preferred Skills

\n
• Experience working with CRM or database systems
\n
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive
\n
• Previous experience in data entry, administration, or operations support
\n

Compensation & Work Details

\n
• Pay: $25–$30 per hour
\n
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard US business hours
\n
• Location: Fully Remote – United States
\n
• Employment Type: Full-Time
\n
• Seniority Level: Entry Level
\n
