What You’ll Do As a Physical Therapist in our Outpatient department, you’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide hands‑on, personalized rehab that helps patients regain mobility, strength, and independence. Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of diagnoses and acuity levels. Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and recovery strategy. What We’re Looking For Education: 4‑Year Bachelor’s degree, required; graduate from an accredited PT program.
