Engineering Systems Manager

Job Details:

Role Summary
The Engineering Systems Manager administers, develops, and integrates AutoCAD, M-Files,
Procore, Arena PLM , and the company’s specialty engineering software portfolio to support
controlled information, efficient workflows, and reliable data exchange.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer, configure, maintain, and continuously improve AutoCAD, M-Files, Procore,
Arena PLM, and specialty engineering applications.
• Manage application licensing, access, permissions, configuration, versioning, upgrades,
documentation, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain the company AutoCAD environment, including deployments, profiles, templates,
libraries, standards, and custom tools.
• Configure M-Files document workflows, Procore project and correspondence tools, and
Arena PLM product and change-control processes.
• Coordinate discipline-specific software administration with technical owners and IT.
• Develop integrations, automated workflows, scripts, utilities, and custom web
applications.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, training, advanced support, and application lifecycle
planning.
• Lead employees, consultants, or vendors supporting application administration and
development.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related
field.
• Minimum seven years of experience administering, configuring, developing, or integrating
engineering or enterprise software.
• Experience with workflow automation, APIs, databases, systems integration, or custom
application development.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project-management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct experience with multiple core platforms, including AutoCAD, M-Files, Procore, or
Arena PLM.
• Experience administering specialty engineering applications and coordinating with
discipline technical owners.
