We're not looking for someone who just wants to stand behind a counter and answer phones. We're looking for an awesome salesperson. Someone competitive. Someone confident. Someone who knows how to talk to people, build trust, overcome objections, ask for the sale and close.

If you have a proven sales record and you're tired of jobs where your paycheck looks the same whether you crush it or coast, we should talk. You sell. You earn. This is a performance-driven position with $65,000$90,000+ annual earning potential for the right person. Your earning potential is tied to your performance. We want someone who gets excited about goals, tracks their numbers and actually wants the opportunity to earn more by performing at a higher level. Who We Want

You may already be an automotive Service Advisor but you don't have to be. We'd rather hire an exceptional salesperson with the right attitude and teach you the automotive side than hire someone with years of automotive experience who can't sell. You might come from: automotive sales or service, powersports, furniture or appliance sales, wireless/cell phone sales, home improvement, insurance, fitness memberships, hospitality, high-ticket retail, or any other proven sales environment. What matters is that you can show us you've been successful.

What Does A Service Advisor Actually Do?

Think of yourself as the bridge between our customers and our technicians. Our technicians determine what a vehicle needs. Your job is to help the customer understand it, see the value, prioritize their needs and confidently make a decision. You'll manage customer communication, present repair and maintenance recommendations, build estimates, follow up on declined work, coordinate with the shop and make sure customers receive an outstanding experience. Yes, you'll learn cars. But at its core? This is a sales position.
