Coordination between individual projects and project managersFinancials coordination of budget preparation and financial reporting accruals, actuals, forecastingSourcing review and sign-off of service and license contractsReporting coordination of regular project status reporting, RAID log update, SteCo preparation, organizing meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders Decision board preparation of cross-project decisionsProgram governance organization of Quality Gate reviews and follow up on agreed actionsCutover alignment of individual project cutover plans and support executionAdherence of project materials and deliverables to robotics standards of the client and project data qualityAdministration administer Program web portal, Teams, Sharepoint and distribution lists, keep Program contact list up to date, etc.
