Non-Clinical - Food and Nutrition Services - Catering Buffet Attendant - PRN

Protouch Staffing

Shift: 02:00 PM to 08:00 PM

Location: Geneva, IL

Responsibilities:
Set up and stock bar with beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and garnishes
Prepare and serve drinks using standard recipes and portion control
Verify guest IDs and adhere to alcohol service regulations
Handle cash transactions and ensure proper charge recording
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Secure all beverage products, equipment, and cash after each shift

Requirements:
Basset Bartender Certification
High School Diploma/GED
1 Professional Reference (within the past 2 years)
Vaccinations Required: MMR, Varicella, Hep B, TDAP, TB, COVID-19 & Flu (Facility will review medical/religious exemptions)
Dress Code: Black pants, black polo, black non -slip shoes
