Lead Site Reliability Engineer

To enhance system performance and reliability, the full-time Lead Site Reliability Engineer will develop and implement software solutions, ensure compliance with security standards, and provide post-deployment support while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities Research, design, and develop software to meet business needs and enhance system functionality Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations while improving system performance, resiliency, and scalability Collaborate with users to address system issues and provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a related field Four years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in software development, specifically with Salesforce technologies Experience developing custom Aura Components and Apex for dynamic user interfaces and business logic Proficiency in GIT-based workflows for code version management Ability to analyze and resolve incidents using tools like ALM, ServiceNow, or JIRA
