At BSI, behavior matters, and so does the wellbeing of the team delivering that care.ABOUT THE ROLE\nWe are looking for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Brooklyn and Queens. In this role, you will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a hands-on role in helping children build communication, social, and independence skills — and in supporting families through every step of that progress.RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as directed by a supervising BCBA\n Collect accurate, consistent behavioral data during each session\n Use evidence-based ABA strategies including discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, and reinforcement-based interventions\n Support skill acquisition in communication, social interaction, and daily living\n Assist in the reduction of challenging behaviors using function-based strategies\n Communicate professionally and collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and the wider care team\n Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards\n Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain RBT certification\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\n Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required\n Prior hands-on experience working with children on the autism spectrum\n Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection procedures\n Reliable, patient, and genuinely committed to child development\n Strong communication and teamwork skills\n Ability to work in-person across Brooklyn and Queens locations\n CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)\nWHAT WE OFFER\n\n Competitive pay\n Flexible scheduling\n Supportive, collaborative team environment\n Ongoing training and professional growth opportunities\n The opportunity to make a meaningful, measurable difference in children's lives every day\nHOW TO APPLY\nSend your resume to Raychelle Brown, RBT Supervisor, at View email address on click.appcast.io\n Or apply directly at BehavioralSolutionsInc.com\n\n Behavior Solutions Incorporated is an equal opportunity employer.
