About us
Stronghold Foundation Repair is a licensed General A contractor serving Northern California. We do foundation repair, foundation replacement, underfloor and structural work, and new foundations — residential and commercial. Around 20 people in the field, growing.
The role
Right now our marketing is essentially one channel: Google. That works, but it's fragile, and we know it. We're hiring someone to own the day-to-day of what we're already running and help us build what we're missing.
This is a hands-on job, not a strategy job. You'll be in the accounts, in the spreadsheet, and in the field getting photos — not writing decks.
What you'll do
- Manage our Google Local Services Ads and search campaigns day to day: budget pacing, negative keywords, search term review, ad copy
- Own review generation — build it into job closeout so it happens every time, not when someone remembers
- Track lead source to closed job and report on it monthly. We want to know cost per sale, not cost per phone call
- Keep the website and Google Business Profile current: service pages, service areas, hours, photos
- Get out to jobsites for before-and-after photos and short video, and turn them into content
- Build and send a simple email or mail program to past customers and referral partners
- Support the sales side with proposal templates, one-pagers, and materials for engineers and general contractors
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in marketing, or a degree plus real hands-on experience. We'll teach you foundations; we can't teach you caring about the details
- Comfortable in Google Ads and Google Business Profile, or a fast learner who isn't intimidated by them
- Genuinely competent with spreadsheets. A lot of this job is tracking numbers accurately and noticing when they change
- Good writing. Clear and plain, not clever
- Can shoot decent photo and video on a phone and edit it
- Willing to be on jobsites — boots, dust, crawl spaces sometimes. This isn't a desk-only role
- Valid driver's license and clean record
Nice to have, not required: construction or home services background, Google Ads certification, basic WordPress, experience with a CRM.
