Helping patients navigate their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in problem-solving conversations and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while working from home. Key responsibilities Assist patients in understanding their accounts and offer appropriate payment options Document interactions accurately in the system and meet performance goals Provide empathetic support during sensitive conversations with patients Required qualifications 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations effectively A reliable and detail-oriented work style Must reside in FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
