On Call Receptionist

We are seeking an On-Call Receptionist to provide outstanding customer service and administrative support while serving as a key point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff.

What You'll Be Doing
• Welcome residents, visitors, vendors, and team members while providing exceptional customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer and coordinate incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, mail distribution, supply ordering, and maintaining accurate records.
• Support residents by providing information, coordinating appointments, and assisting with transportation scheduling as needed.
• Help maintain an organized reception area while protecting resident privacy and confidentiality.

About You
• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, healthcare, or office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and standard office equipment.
