Vlastimil is based in Perth and is the Team Leader for our Modern Workplace & Security Practice.As a Consultant – Modern Work & Security, you will provide Level 1–2 onsite IT support to one of our key clients in Western Australia, supporting a user base of approximately 100 onsite users. We will count on you to be the trusted first point of contact for end users, resolving day-to-day technical issues, managing tickets, and working with internal IT teams to keep their environment running smoothly. Along the way, you will get to:Provide Level 1–2 endpoint and desktop support in a Microsoft-centric environment, delivering timely and customer-focused technical assistanceDiagnose and resolve issues across Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365 services, managing incidents and service requests through a ticketing system and escalating where requiredSupport endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, policy troubleshooting and application deployment, as well as identity and access tasks in Entra ID and Active DirectoryContribute to occasional project work such as device refreshes, endpoint onboarding, migrations, and security uplift activities, while documenting solutions and knowledge articles for ongoing supportBe AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
