This hybrid creative and technical role is ideal for someone with a strong background in interior design, architecture, or a related field who can translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations while helping manage projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate combines strong drafting and rendering skills with excellent organization, communication, and project management abilities. Key Responsibilities Create detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD. Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and other technical documentation. Develop accurate 3D models based on design concepts, plans, and specifications. Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings for client presentations and project development. Translate conceptual designs and sketches into accurate, production-ready drawings. Update drawings and renderings based on client, designer, contractor, and project feedback. Assist with project management from the design and planning stages through installation and completion. Track project schedules, deadlines, revisions, approvals, and outstanding action items. Coordinate project details with designers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other professionals. Help ensure design specifications are accurately communicated and executed. Maintain organized project files, drawings, renderings, specifications, and documentation. Assist in identifying and resolving design or project issues throughout the process. Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, drafting, 3D visualization, or a related field. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Experience with Rhino is required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite . Strong 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering capabilities. Solid understanding of architectural drawings, interior layouts, dimensions, and design documentation. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, clients, vendors, and contractors. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
