Monkey King Play House, located in Portland, OR, is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to help oversee our day-to-day operations. If you have at least one year of experience and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you! What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our play house. Your responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day operations , including opening, closing, and all necessary procedures. Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure every guest has a great experience. Overseeing events and ensuring they run smoothly. Handling office operations and maintaining organized workflows. Managing kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and cleanliness. Supervising and supporting personnel to foster a productive and positive work environment. Monitoring and maintaining inventory to ensure we’re always stocked and ready. Performing cleaning duties to keep the space welcoming and safe. Tackling other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the employer. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant field. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities. Flexibility and adaptability to handle various responsibilities with enthusiasm. A proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
