Hospice Medical Social Worker

Medical Social WorkerWe are seeking a Medical Social Worker to join our home health and hospice team! You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings, generally in private homes and Assisted Living Facilities. This is a PRN position potentially growing into a part time position. Typically it is around 5-10 hours a week.
