Staff Educator and Infection Control Nurse Opportunity

This opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a day shift schedule. Monday through Friday. Duties of a Nurse Educator at Dover BH System include developing and implementing effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure they meet competencies and deliver high-quality care. Monitor new hires' progress, participate in evaluations, and provide ongoing education to help them excel in their roles. Design and facilitate training programs, CEUs, and in-services to address staff development and hospital needs, partnering with HR and the Management Team. Manage the Healthstream system to provide education to the hospital, including facilitating the Annual Competency Fair and other hospital-wide training and in-services.

Qualifications: Current license to practice nursing in DE (or eligible to receive or renew), Three or more years of related staff development/health care training experience, Current CPR or BLS certification.
