The facility is a 304-bed, full-service hospital. It provides a certified Chest Pain Center, designated Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence, and a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. The facility includes a state-designated Level II Trauma Center and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. There are specialty centers for pediatrics, wound care, and hyperbaric therapy. The average daily patient census per therapist is 8-11. Common patient types include orthopedics, debility, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, fractures, post-operative, and cardiac cases. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred. The department has over 20 team members working collaboratively. Technology used includes an EMR system. Department-specific equipment includes FEEs (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing). Weekend rotation is not required. There is no on-call duty. The department culture emphasizes support and teamwork. Scrub color is light grey.
