Title: Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
Location: San Antonio, TX (Travel across 3 clinics) Shift: Mon - Fri (8Am - 5PM Setting: Outpatient Pain Management PracticeResponsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including exams, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Manage pain management patients in an outpatient setting
- Prescribe medications and treatment regimens as appropriate
- Coordinate care, including referrals to specialists
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Masters of Nursing or Masters of Physician Assistant Studies
- Active NP or PA license in Texas
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pain Management - REQUIRED
- Active DEA license
- 401(k) - in progress
- Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
