Labor Solutions is seeking for 1st and 2nd Shift Production Members at our Mitchellville facility. Enjoy a 4-day work week with three days off! We are looking for dependable individuals to fill Packer , Machine Operator , and Mixer roles.
Hours: (1st & 2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $18.15-22.54

Quick Roles Overview
- Packers: Pack finished goods, inspect product quality, and label boxes.
- Machine Operators: Set up equipment, monitor lines, and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Mixers: Measure ingredients, load industrial mixers, and follow recipes.
Requirements
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to Mitchellville, IA.
- Experience operating machines or mixing ingredients preferred
