Job Description 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning. Proven experience in marketing and capital markets domains, understanding their unique challenges and requirements. Proficiency in Salesforce, including Salesforce Einstein, and other Salesforce Cloud solutions. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages. Familiarity with cloud architecture and deployment strategies, particularly AWS. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS AI and ML services, including Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Rekognition, and Amazon Comprehend. Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of data privacy and security best practices. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $99712 - $168716/yearly. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
