This hands-on role involves operating heavy machinery used to compact and smooth freshly laid asphalt on roads, parking lots, driveways, and other surfaces. Visit us at brixpaving.com. Key Responsibilities Operate asphalt roller machines with precision and safety. Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment. Communicate with project foremen and team members to ensure efficient workflow. Load and unload machinery safely and within DOT and company guidelines. Follow traffic control, environmental, and safety procedures on job sites. Work flexible hours to accommodate daytime, nighttime, and weekend shifts. Contribute to a respectful and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Prior experience in asphalt roller operations required. Valid driver’s license required. Class A CDL preferred but not required. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and extended hours when needed. Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to safety.
