Job Description

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and devise tailored therapies to help them reach their personal goals

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods that promote ongoing recovery at home
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly to facilitate optimal recovery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
