Inside Sales Lead Specialist & Bid Coordinator

New Pig is searching for a proactive Inside Sales Lead Specialist & Bid Coordinator to convert and grow sales. This position requires proactive contact with customers and effective communication skills while being aware of and responsive to customer needs.

This position will be located in our Duncansville, PA location. With this position you would enjoy set hours, no weekends or evenings, paid time off, low cost insurance and 401(k) and profit-sharing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactive calling on Abandoned Cart leads to convert to sale
• Proactive calling on Web Leads to convert to sale
• Proactive calling on Quote Leads to convert to sale
• Proactive calls on new auto-ship leads to grow customers in the auto-ship program
• Achieve monthly lead conversion goals
• Maintain responsibility for bid from beginning to end, submitting all and documenting outcome
• Prepare and submit price quotations to commercial accounts as well as state and local government agencies
• Learn the pricing guidelines provided through the bid matrixes and know when to escalate instances to upper management when the bid matrix does not suffice on a particular price quotation
• Understand customer types and motivation to buy, identify bid opportunities with existing customers and identify new avenue to proactively obtain quote opportunities
• Provide timely response to ALL customers (typically 24 hours) and adhere to pricing guidelines
• Work closely with Sales Account Managers and Department Manager as quote requests arise, to determine appropriate pricing response, and to find proactive opportunities to submit bids
• Provide back up for auto-ship/blanket coordinator learn auto-ship process for new set up, modifications and daily auto-ship reports
• Attend all mandatory product trainings; stay current on all product and technology issues
• Adhere to New Pig's Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards

Requirements

• Experience in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred
• 2 years business-to-business (B2B) sales strongly preferred
• 1 year experience handling price quotations
• Must be detail oriented, accurate and efficient, especially in terms of customer response times
