Responsibilities
- Perform routine automotive maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical issues using computerized diagnostic equipment and traditional methods
- Test vehicle parts and systems to ensure proper functioning
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure thorough inspections and repairs
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality service
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive Service Technician
- Proficiency with mechanical tools and computerized diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and reliably in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and committed to delivering excellent service
Compensation
Highly competitive pay structure with the opportunity to earn up to $50 per flat rate hour. Generous productivity incentives and a substantial signing bonus are available for highly qualified technicians.
