What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Handle inbound phone calls, internet leads, and text inquiries from customers interested in buying a vehicle. Outbound outreach via phone, personalized video messages, and emails to set VIP appointments. Log all customer interactions clearly in our CRM and manage daily follow-up tasks. Work directly with Sales Managers to confirm appointments and ensure a seamless handoff on the showroom floor. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) Phone & Communication Skills: Confident tone, strong phone presence, and great listening skills. Money-Motivated: Driven by goals, commissions, and achieving monthly performance bonuses. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, phone systems, and basic computer programs. Reliability & Coachability: Punctual, eager to learn new word tracks, and open to feedback. Valid Driver’s License and passing a background/drug screening.
