As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Perform individualized patient evaluations and consultations
• Design and implement goal-directed customized plans to improve physical function
• Provide direct patient care and treatments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Requirements:

• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
